A PHD in Environmental Safeguard Management, Climate Change and Waste management from Technology University, Yemen. Master’s degree in business administration and Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Lebanese International University LIU entitled (Determinants of Demand for Credit and Microfinance Industries Performance MFIs and SMEs in Yemen). I have another Master’s degree in International Development and Gender from Roskilde University, Yemen; in addition to having experience in Management, Sustainable Development, Emergencies, Climate Change, Peacebuilding, Social inclusion sector within work and GDRSC Center. I have 12 years of experience in NGOs, Business sectors and INGOs such as Oxfam OGB and IRC and I worked as Shelter/CCCM Program Manager at NFDHR (National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response), as Partnership/MEAL Officer in Grant and Fundraising Department in following up indicators and prepare risks mitigation and responsive actions to disasters/emergencies with different donors; World Bank, YHF, UNICEF, EU, KFW, FCDO, GFFO, WHO, WFP, IOM, DGD, DRA, BMZ, UNOPs, UNOCHA, IMMAAP, UNHabitat. Furthermore, I have experienced working as trainer in Proposals and Reports' Writing using Portal365 (NGOs accelerator) to build CEOs capacity with Unicef collaboration. In addition, I worked as Social Inclusion/Gender Specialist in Social Fund for Development SFD. I have experience in Social inclusion, PSEA Social inclusion, Environmental and GBV trainings, PSEA assessment, ESMPs Environmental, Social plans within SFD Safeguard Department. Lately, I worked for Oxfam OGB Yemen as Senior Program Advocacy Officer. And worked for IRC International Rescue Committee as Senior Emergency Support Officer. I Attended NGO Management (Finance management, HR, Project management and M&E management with 360 hours funded by German University-Jordan. Recently I have trained youths and local NGOs regionally in Disaster Risk Reduction DRR and climate Adaptation CCA. I attended Sustainable Development training from Misr AlKhir Foundation in Egypt. And I had in-person training in Crisis Leadership Program funded by Center for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies and Center for Humanitarian Leadership – Doha.

An expert and initiative-taking human resources and administration management professional with more than Ten (10) years’ experience in Non-Profit and Corporate sectors in conflict zone like Yemen. Throughout the period I have successfully managed thousands of employees. During the same period, I was able to develop many human resources management tools which boost team abilities to ensure the proper implementation of the projects and assess the final values of the same projects. I am Maram Al-Nabhani, an environmental activist with a passion for preserving the environment which inspired me and I believed that I would make a positive impact on our society and our world. I am currently working at the Arab Youth Sustainable Development Network as a Partnerships Officer. This role enabled me to engage with the community and work on environmental issues. I work actively with the AYSDN to enhance cooperation and exchange of knowledge among Arab youth on Climate action. I have organized several capacity building sessions on climate action and Action climate empowerment.

Rabea Ali Al-Ameri is a web developer, information specialist, and technician specialized in the Yemeni International Trade Point. He holds a Bachelor of Human Sciences in the study of information from Sana’a University, also holds a diploma in web programming from the General Institute of Communications, and a certificate of competence in web design from the International Aptech Institute, Republic of India. He is experienced in both front-end and back-end development, proficient in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP and SQL/MySQL, and having skills in host management and websites administrations.

A social and climate activist, influencer, with extensive experience in coordinating and managing projects, with over 7 years of experience working within NGOs and INGOs in leading developmental initiatives, economic empowerment, protection of the most vulnerable groups, peacebuilding, and climate action. A graduate of regional leadership and development programs such as the "2030 Sustainable Development Goals Leadership Program" and Youth Leadership Programme (YLP9) of UNDP. Additionally, he is a member of the Regional Development Exchange Alumni Network and the Arab Youth Advisory Group on Disaster Risk Reduction. I am a graduate in Information Technology 2024, currently working as a developer and publisher of social media for the Arab Youth Network (AYSDN). I also hold the position of Manager and Coordinator of Social Media at the National Forum for Sustainable Development and Environment (NFESD). Currently, I am interning in the Media Department of the Life Makers Meeting Organaztion (LMMPO).

I have a passion for sustainable development and climate change, having held several leadership positions in projects aimed at raising awareness of human rights and sustainability. I have received awards such as Best Project at the Arab Youth Camp in the UAE and Best Speaker at the UN Youth Conference. Additionally, I founded the 'Sahhasah' platform and manage the Climate Agenda Camp for Youth in Yemen.
