The Arab Youth Sustainable Development Network (AYSDN) organized a successful webinar in cooperation with YOU Organization, entitled “Cooperation for Environmental Solutions”. The webinar aimed to enhance understanding of the environmental challenges, technologies and innovative solutions available, as well as highlighting the importance of cooperation and partnerships in the field of environmental conservation and putting forward a wide range of topics related to current and future environmental challenges, as well as highlighting the environmental impact of humanitarian activities and climate change, and providing models of technologies and innovations that contribute to sustainable solutions.
The webinar emphasizes the importance of cooperation and partnerships in achieving sustainable environmental change and highlighting best practices and successful initiatives that build on multi-stakeholder cooperation, including public and private sector partnerships and civil society. The importance of community partnership in preserving the environment and highlighting societies’ roles and opportunities to participate actively in the protection of oceans and forests and contribute to sustainable development was also highlighted.
This seminar is an important step towards greater awareness and enhanced cooperation to achieve sustainable environmental solutions. Attendees responded positively and actively to lectures and discussions, and an opportunity to share experiences and knowledge among participants.
