Arab Youth Sustainable Development Network participates in the closing ceremony of Hult Prize Competition.
The Arab Youth Sustainable Development Network participated in the closing ceremony of Halt Prize International Competition, University College of Applied Sciences on Sunday, 5/3/2023, which was held at Heavens Hotel, Gaza.
Nassim Al-Zinati, the director of the Communication and Media team and other members of AYSDN participated in the ceremony.
The participation included providing support and guidance as well as facilitating tasks for the team organizing the competition.
The director of the competition’s organizing team, University College of Applied Sciences, Muhammad Shehadeh, praised the network’s clear efforts in making the competition, supporting and assisting the team.
Mr. Nassim Al-Zinati stated that youth play significant and effective role since the beginning of establishing the participatory management system that achieves transformational management, enhances social responsibility and contributes to the achievement of the goals of sustainable development.
We have adopted systemic thinking to get youth know modern concepts and achieve the goals of sustainable development.
Mr. Tariq Hassan, the head of the Network, stated that the Network always seeks to support youth and strengthen their presence to be leaders of change and influencers in the Arab region. It is considered one of the strategic directions of the network to help youth to promote the achievement of sustainable development goals.
It is worth noting that the Hult Prize is an international competition for university students from all over the world and for all levels.
The participating teams compete to develop ideas to establish profitable and non-profit projects or companies aimed at solving one of the difficult problems in society within the year’s challenge to bring about change.
