Arab Youth Sustainable Development Network (AYSDN) Strengthens Global Youth Leadership at International Civil Society Week 2025

Bangkok, Thailand – November 1–5, 2025
The Arab Youth Sustainable Development Network (AYSDN) successfully concluded its participation in the prestigious International Civil Society Week (ICSW) 2025, held in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together a diverse range of civil society leaders, youth advocates, and changemakers from around the world.

As a key member of the Youth Democracy Cohort (YDC) delegation, AYSDN reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to advancing youth leadership and meaningful engagement in global governance and decision-making processes.

The event served as a pivotal global platform for hundreds of civil society actors and youth leaders to exchange innovative ideas, foster collaboration, and accelerate progress toward inclusive and sustainable development.

Throughout the week, AYSDN representatives actively contributed to high-level and forward-looking discussions on the future of civil society, intergenerational collaboration, and sustainable financing models for youth-led movements.

In alignment with its core mission, AYSDN emphasized the indispensable role of youth in shaping global policy and governance, calling for young people to move beyond passive participation to become active architects of policy dialogue, initiative design, and outcome development that directly impact their communities and our shared global future.

AYSDN’s participation in ICSW 2025 reinforces its position as a leading voice for Arab youth on the international stage, driving forward the global agenda for youth empowerment and sustainable development.
